When To Come In For Individual Counseling
During individual therapy sessions, we work specifically on the goals identified for you as the individual. Individual therapy, is the place for YOU! In our work together, we will identify what are goals you have for yourself in this space as well as engage in transparent and feedback driven therapeutic dialogue around what is working and not working. We will utilize a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to make waves of change to support your overall wellness and functioning. With my unique approach, incorporating yoga, mindfulness and meditation- you have the option to customize your therapeutic experience.
At times, having an outside participant join an individual session, allows for us to continue to focus on you as the individual, while also allowing for the opportunity to receive and provide feedback to those with whom you live or work with in a therapeutic and safe environment. During these sessions, we will prepare for the participant who will join us, which may include that individual joining me on a pre-session phone call. During these sessions, we allow for you as my primary client, to be heard and received in a safe and mediated space.
