When To Decide To Go For Yoga + Therapy Sessions

These sessions can be customized based off of our agreed upon goals which stem from your current needs. These sessions may look like 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of individual therapy.  Combining classic elements of yoga and traditional therapy allows for us to deepen your processing experience. Identifying where thoughts, feelings and reactions show up in your physical body, and from there, develop healthy and useful regulatory-management or coping skills.
